Registration and User Account

These terms define the rules for registering, managing, and using a user account on the Fine’sa Tech platform.

1. General Provisions

Registration or a user account is created for a single individual or legal entity. It is strictly prohibited to share registration data with third parties, transfer the account, or use someone else’s credentials.

2. Legal Entity Accounts

User accounts registered on behalf of legal entities may only be used by the authorized representative designated during registration.

3. Registration Data

During registration, users must select a username, secure password, and provide a valid e-mail address. All data must be truthful and accurate. The use of another person’s data is prohibited.

4. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential. Fine’sa Credos d.o.o. is not liable for damages caused by unauthorized use of the account before the user reports suspected misuse.

5. Consent and Acceptance

By registering, the user confirms they have read and accepted the Terms of Use of the Fine’sa Tech platform and expressly consent to the processing of their personal data for service provision, improvement, and fraud prevention.

6. Data Processing

Fine’sa Credos d.o.o. processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR and Croatian law. Data is used exclusively for providing services, communication, and legal compliance, and is not shared with third parties without legal basis.

7. Account Deletion

Users may request deactivation or permanent deletion of their account at any time. After deletion, data is retained only for fulfilling legal obligations and archival purposes.
